On Tuesday April 21 Rhett and I celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary, at least we tried anyway. Since I work weekends we decided to just go to dinner as a family but last minute Kristen said she would watch the kids so Rhett and I could go by ourselves. This is about as exciting as our anniversaries get. I don't think we have ever really done anything exciting for our anniversary and I am pretty sure we haven't even gone out to dinner for all of them. I told Rhett next year is our year. 10 years is a big one and I really want to do something special. I know people usually talk about how it doesn't seem like they have been married as long as they have and how time has gone by so fast. Well I agree with one thing, time has gone by fast but I feel like we should be married so much longer than we actually have. Maybe it is because we have known each other for so long. I am truly grateful to be married to my husband. I never could imagine my life without him and am looking forward to what is yet to come!

Congratulations. Okay...so when Jared & I celebrated our 9th...I told him he was in charge because I always planned it. Not that we did anything fancy, but I always planned it. Jared's big night for me was taking me to down town Chandler where a man made taco's out of his truck and then to do a wheat grass shot. His favorite part is that the whole night cost only $8.00. So, I am back on target and planning our anniversaries. ;-)

Happy Anniversary you two! I knew it was this week, but with my placenta brain, I had forgotten which day for sure. I'm glad I didn't guess because I seriously thought it was yesterday, the 23rd. You have SO much to show for your great life of 9 years together. I'm so glad you at least got to go to dinner!
Congrats! Annis are the best! You better do something next year! We always celebrate, for our 10th we went to Cali and Richie rode his first roller coaster and saw the ocean for the first time. It was a blast
